London – Mayer Brown has advised Sun European Partners on the separate acquisitions of the Turners Accident Repair group, a leading provider of vehicle accident repair in the North of England, and Hilton Coachworks, the UK's largest independent manufacturer-approved automative repair centre. The transactions follow Sun European's earlier acquisition of Alton Cars in the car collision sector.
