Alasdair Maher has acted for clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including private M&A and private equity, across a variety of industry sectors such as TMT and real estate private equity.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2020 as a trainee, Alasdair worked in the in-house legal team of a FinTech company operating within the digital international remittances sector.
