Named as both a ‘Rising Star’ and a ‘Leading Associate’ in Private Equity by the Legal 500, James Beattie joined Mayer Brown as a trainee in 2019. James’ practice is focused on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on their M&A transactions.
