London – Mayer Brown has advised longstanding client Unilever on its acquisition of the premium biotech haircare brand K18.
The acquisition complements Unilever's fast-growing portfolio of premium consumer brands and marks another step in the optimisation of Unilever's portfolio towards higher growth areas.
