Mayer Brown advises DIC on the acquisition of four office properties

Mayer Brown has advised DIC AG (ISIN: DE000A1X3XX4), one of Germany’s leading listed real estate companies, on the acquisition of three office properties from TPG Real Estate's “Technology Park portfolio" in Cologne and a multi-tenant new building in Dortmund. The purchase price for these properties totals around EUR 286 million.

The acquisition of the office properties in the Cologne Technology Park, which comprise more than 60,000 m2 of leasable space and are leased on a long-term basis to renowned public sector institutions, follows the acquisition of the Mercedes-Benz Center from TPG, located in the Technology Park as well. Mayer Brown also advised on this transaction in April of this year. 

Mayer Brown regularly advises DIC Asset on various legal issues relevant for the acquisition and sale of real estate transactions.
