London/Frankfurt am Main — Global law firm Mayer Brown has advised Wepa Hygieneprodukte GmbH on a €50 million tap offering of its €350 million 2.875% senior secured fixed rate notes due 2027 issued in December 2019. Since 2013, Mayer Brown has advised the Wepa Group on several high yield bond transactions with a total volume of almost €1.4 billion.

Wepa Hygieneprodukte GmbH, a family-owned company headquartered in Arnsberg, Germany, is one of the leading tissue producers in Europe.
