Mayer Brown advises Mitsui O.S.K. Lines on Poland’s First FSRU Project

Mayer Brown advised Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL) on its long-term Time Charter Party (TCP) Agreement for a Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) with the Polish Gas Transmission System Operator, GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.
