London – Mayer Brown has advised Sun European Partners on the acquisitions of Fast Track (“ARC”) Ltd, a family run car accident repair business, HB Accident Repair Network Ltd and Vehicle Technical Solutions Ltd, a leading accident repair network.

The transactions follow Sun European’s earlier acquisition of Alton Cars in the car collision sector, Turners Accident Repair group, a leading provider of vehicle accident repair, and Hilton Coachworks, the UK's largest independent manufacturer-approved automative repair centre.
