Mayer Brown advises Marlin Equity Partners on majority investment in Rydoo

London/Paris — Mayer Brown has advised Marlin Equity Partners on its majority investment in Rydoo, a leading global software-as-a-service solution for managing expense reports and business travel. The company's software offers end users and finance departments the ability to manage travel and expenses efficiently in one single tool.

The Sodexo Group and the current management team will invest into a minority position in the company.
