- Represented the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Harvest Natural Resources, Inc. on the sale by Harvest’s wholly owned subsidiary, HNR Energia B.V., of its 51% interest in Harvest-Vinccler Dutch Holding BV, which owns Harvest’s Venezuelan oil and gas interests, to CT Energy Holding SRL.
- Represented Accroven, an energy infrastructure company and an integrated gas company, in the sales of their ownership interest in Accroven SRL, a Venezuelan natural gas transportation and services company, to PDVSA Gas SA.
- Advised OMV on a production enhancement JV in Romania, and on the acquisition of oil and gas assets from Preussag in seven different countries—Kazakhstan, Venezuela, Ecuador, Tunisia, Yemen, Albania and New Zealand—for $500 million.
- Represented Petrobras in the construction and acquisition of power plants in Brazil, Venezuela, and Mexico.
