Miller W. Lulow

Miller Lulow is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. Miller’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions across a variety of industries. He advises clients in US and cross-border stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buy-outs, strategic add-ons, carveout transactions, restructurings and general corporate matters. 

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Miller received his JD from St. John’s University, where he was a Senior Articles Editor of the St. John’s Law Review.
