• Advising W&I insurance companies in connection with the alleged breach of warranties in an SPA for the acquisition of packaging company.
• Supporting in the representation of a German investor in the refining sector in an ICSID arbitration against Germany.
• Acted for a contractor on high-value arbitration proceeding in relation to an infrastructure project in the UAE under the ADCCAC Rules.
