Mayer Brown has advised Turck duotec Holding on the sale of TSL-ESCHA GmbH to MAFELEC TEAM, an owner-managed French group of companies. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
TSL-ESCHA GmbH, founded in 1986 and based in Halver in Germany, develops, manufactures and distributes door opening push buttons, LED light solutions, warning buzzers and signal devices for public transportation. With an annual turnover of approximately €17 million, TSL-ESCHA is a major player in the rail and bus industry.
TSL-ESCHA was previously part of Turck duotec Group, which specializes in customer specific Electronic Engineering and Manufacturing Services – E2MS. It also offers cutting-edge platform and product solutions in the areas of sensor technology and connectivity.
MAFELEC TEAM develops control and signaling solutions for demanding environments including industrial vehicles, aviation, defense, energy, lifts (elevators) and industrial plants.
