"We wish Marlin and the Rydoo team every success for the future.”

The Mayer Brown team was led by James West, private equity partner Neil Evans and counsel Electra Callan (all London) and included: Corporate & Securities partners Richard Page (London) and Gautier Elies, associates Patrick Loiseau (both Paris) and James Beattie; IP partner Mark Prinsley and associate Valerie Vanryckeghem (all London); and Tax Transactions & Consulting partner Benjamin Homo (Paris) and counsel Kitty Swanson (London).
