Linda Shi is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Associate in Mayer Brown's Chicago office. Linda represents national and multinational corporations in complex litigation in federal and state courts. She has experience in the areas of accountant’s liability, antitrust, tort, contract, products liability, and securities. Her class action experience includes representing corporations in antitrust, products liability, securities, and claims brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Linda also has experience with white collar defense, having assisted with the conduct of internal investigations on behalf of corporate clients for Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and False Claims Act (FCA) violations.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2013, Linda clerked for Chief Judge Mary Beck Briscoe of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Linda received her JD with Honors from The University of Chicago Law School, where she served as the Book Review and Essays Editor of The University of Chicago Law Review. While in law school, Linda interned with the United States Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, and she was a research assistant for Judge Richard Posner and Professor William Landes. Before attending law school, Linda worked as an economic consultant supporting experts in litigation. Linda received her BA cum laude from Yale University.

Linda is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
