Admitted to the Paris Bar, Jean-Philippe serves on Mayer Brown's Management Committee and is the Partner-in-Charge of the Paris office.
He has considerable experience in leveraged finance and real estate. His practice includes advising financial institutions and corporate groups in connection with acquisition finance and debt restructuring. His knowledge of the real estate industry focuses on the purchase and disposal of large hotel and office portfolios and leveraged and management buy-outs. Jean-Philippe regularly advises investment funds and arrangers in relation to the financing of large domestic and cross-border leveraged acquisitions.
Jean-Philippe joined Mayer Brown in 2001 when his firm, Lambert & Lee, merged with Mayer Brown. Before forming Lambert & Lee in 1996, he had worked for three major international law firms.
In addition to his native French, Jean-Philippe is fluent in English and Spanish.
