Experience
- Represented Redfin Corporation in connection with its acquisition of Bay Equity, a national mortgage lender.
- Represented Redwood Trust Inc. in its $490 million acquisition of CoreVest American Finance Lender LLC, a leading nationwide originator and portfolio manager of business-purpose residential loans, from Fortress Investment Group LLC and certain management holders.
- Represented Guild Mortgage Company in connection with the acquisition of Residential Mortgage Services (RMS), a residential mortgage loan originator focused in the Northeast.
- Represented national bank in sales of servicing rights related to performing and nonperforming mortgage loans, both government agency owned and privately owned.
- Represented a fintech company in negotiating a joint venture agreement and services agreement with a leading mortgage originator.
