Overview
Stephanie Hurst is a partner in Mayer Brown's Corporate & Securities practice in Los Angeles, where she advises emerging and high-growth companies, venture and corporate venture investors, family offices, and established technology companies across the corporate lifecycle, with a particular focus on venture financings, strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other complex corporate transactions. Corporate venture capital is a particular focus for Stephanie. She advises corporations and their venture arms across their investing activity - from establishing CVC and strategic investment programs to structuring individual minority investments and navigating the governance and commercial questions that arise when established companies take stakes in emerging businesses.
