Mayer Brown advises JERA Nex on sale of 50% equity interest in solar project portfolio to affiliate of Schroders Greencoat

Mayer Brown represented JERA Nex Americas LLC (JERA), a global renewable energy developer, in connection with the sale of a 50% equity interest in Crawfish Solar Holdings 2, LLC, which indirectly owns a solar project portfolio, which includes the 300MW Oxbow solar farm in Louisiana and the 95MW Happy solar farm in Arkansas, to SG US Aggregator LLC, an affiliate of Schroders Greencoat. 

The team was led by partner Jeff Dobbs and associate Federica Castro and included partners Rob Goldberg, Hiral Mehta, Daniel Kiely, Michelle Jewett, and Sydney Mintzer, and associates Jessie Ames, Sara Baldazo, Charlene Soleimani, and Jennifer Parry in the firm’s Houston, New York, and Washington DC offices.
