Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises on Nissei's CRI issuance in the amount of R$ 250 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Nissei, a pharmaceutical company, on the public offering of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI), in Single Series, as part of the 120th Issuance of Opea Securitizadora, backed by real estate credits owed by the company, under the terms of CVM Resolution 160. The total amount of the issuance was R$ 250 million, and was coordinated by Banco Safra, Banco BTG Pactual and Banco Itaú BBA.
