Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Eco Securitizadora's on R$100 million CRA public offering

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised, as deal counsel, on the public offering of distribution in a single series of the 190th Issuance of Eco Securitizadora composed of 100 thousand Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA), in the total amount of R$ 100 million (US$ 18.920.401,87), guaranteed by an Agribusiness Credit Rights Certificates issued by Café Brasil Importação e Exportação S.A. The issuance was coordinated by Alfa Corretora.
