Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Itaú BBA in the public offering of CRA by True Securitizadora S.A. in the amount of R$ 300 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Itaú BBA bank, as lead coordinator of the public offering, under the firm guarantee regime, of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 65th issuance in a single series of True Securitizadora S.A. related to Agribusiness Credit Rights, with a total issuance amount of R$ 300 million backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by Klabin S.A.

The team was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira, with the participation of associate Artur Nascimento, both from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
