Tauil & Chequer Advogados acts as deal counsel for Valgroup’s first issuance of commercial notes

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel to Valgroup PE Indústria de Embalagens Rígidas, in the public offering with restricted efforts, under the guarantee of placement by Banco Safra S.A., the lead underwriter on the first issuance of 140,000 commercial notes, in a single series, totaling R$ 140,000,000 (US$26.6 million).

The team was led by Capital Markets & Securitization partner Bruno Cerqueira, and included associate Artur Nascimento.
