Adapting Technology Contracts for Agentic AI

Please join us for this 90-minute webinar on contracting for agentic AI, that is, AI technology that can independently plan and execute actions to accomplish goals. In this webinar, we will present contracting recommendations for companies adopting this new technology. Our webinar will focus on three types of contracts:

• Tool subscriptions and licenses: Contracts for agentic AI tools and agents are analogous to cloud contracts and license agreements, but require substantially different service definitions, warranties, performance, pricing, audit rights, and data and IP terms. Additional challenges arise when the agentic AI provider relies on third-party models.
• Agentic systems integration: Traditional systems integration fundamentals apply to agentic implementation, but new contract terms are vital on, for example, deal structuring, performance standards, technology selection rights, governance, liability, and exit and portability rights.
• Agentic managed services: Managed service contracts generally assume a human workforce. An agentic workforce requires changes across the agreement, including scope, performance commitments, pricing models, technology rights, data and IP rights, and new risk provisions.
