Mayer Brown, in cooperation with Al Akeel & Partners (following the recent strategic alliance), will be co-hosting a seminar with the SCCA, where our panelists will discuss the new KSA 2030 vision and what it means to the framework of arbitration in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Our speakers will also be discussing the preparation and implementation of the new SCCA Arbitration rules and how these rules will contribute to the efficiency of arbitration proceedings going forward and to the development of arbitration in KSA.

Our speakers will delve into arbitration in the energy sector including the growth of the renewable energy industry, project risks and potential disputes in that sector, and why international arbitration is likely to be a primary method for resolving renewable energy disputes. The panel will be followed by an interactive Q&A session.
