Graham White

Graham White is a Counsel in Mayer Brown’s Supreme Court and Appellate practice. He previously served in the U.S. Department of Justice on the appellate staff of the Civil Division, where he represented the President and federal agencies in a broad range of appeals raising cutting-edge issues of administrative and constitutional law. Graham has argued dozens of cases at the trial and appellate level, including winning appellate arguments in challenges to federal statutes, regulations, and agency enforcement actions. He also worked closely with the Office of the Solicitor General on Supreme Court filings involving significant administration priorities. Graham has presented oral argument in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the D.C., Third, Fourth, Fifth, and Tenth Circuits, and has briefed cases at the U.S. Supreme Court at both the certiorari and merits stages.
