Clients rely on Graham White for high-stakes appellate litigation and strategic counseling. He represents companies in complex civil matters at both the trial and appellate levels, including leading technology and artificial intelligence companies.
Before joining Mayer Brown, Graham served in the U.S. Department of Justice on the appellate staff of the Civil Division. In that role he represented the President and federal agencies in appeals presenting significant questions of administrative and constitutional law. He also advised the White House and federal agencies on appellate strategy and litigation risk in connection with proposed regulatory and enforcement actions. He worked closely with the Office of the Solicitor General on Supreme Court filings involving significant administration priorities.
