With more than 25 years of experience, Lilian advises corporates, sponsors, and financial institutions on cross border and domestic M&A, sophisticated joint ventures, and private equity transactions. She is adept at structuring and negotiating multi jurisdictional deals, coordinating international workstreams, and aligning legal execution with commercial objectives. Clients rely on her for clear, pragmatic guidance, rigorous risk assessment, and disciplined transaction management from initial strategy through closing and post closing integration.

Lilian has deep sector expertise in agribusiness. She served as General Counsel of Noble Group in Brazil for four years and was a member of the company’s credit committee. In these roles, she gained first hand insight into the commercial drivers, regulatory framework, and financing dynamics of the agribusiness market, and led several challenging Brazilian M&A transactions for the group. This in house experience equips her to anticipate sector specific risks, translate operational realities into contractual protections, and deliver practical, value adding solutions in high stakes transactions.

• Represented NC Group in the acquisition of RBS’ media business in the State of Santa Catarina, which business was comprised by the affiliated of Globo in Santa Catarina, as well as several radios and newspapers.
• Represented NC Group in the acquisition of Wind Farms from Odebrecht.
• Represented McKesson in the sale to Santa Cruz of its pharmaceutical distribution operations in Brazil.
• Represented Temasek in the acquisition of equity in Burguer King, Bionexo, Superbac, among others.
• Represented Noble Group in several M&A transactions no Brazil, such as in the acquisition of sugar and ethanol mills, formation of fertilizers’ joint venture, acquisition of equity in mining company, acquisition of silos, among others.
