Grace is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office and a member of the Financial Services Regulatory & Enforcement group. She concentrates her practice on representing financial institutions that offer a variety of consumer financial products and services. Grace counsels clients on compliance with federal and state consumer finance laws, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and prohibitions on unfair, deceptive, and abusive acts and practices (UDAAP). Her recent work includes advising companies on complex state licensing requirements and assisting in regulatory due diligence reviews in connection with investments, acquisitions, and other transactions.
Grace is a member of the Asian-American Pacific Islander Affinity Group of the Washington DC office.
Prior to joining the firm, Grace served as an extern for the Hon. Virginia M. Kendall on the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
