Francesca Ingham is an associate in the Employment & Benefits practice of the London office. She joined Mayer Brown in 2015 as a trainee.
Francesca’s contentious experience includes acting for employers in Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court claims involving a broad range of issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract. Her advisory experience includes employee handbooks and policy reviews, and drafting employment, consultancy and settlement agreements. Since the introduction of GDPR, Francesca has advised on a number of data privacy matters for employers, including handling high profile and complex data subject access requests.
