Treasa Duffy

Treasa Duffy, senior associate, has a variety of banking & finance experience, particularly in the areas of Capital Markets, Corporate Trust and Agency and Trade Finance. Her experience includes advising issuers and dealers on the establishment, update and maintenance of debt issuance programmes, as well as standalone offerings of retail and wholesale medium term notes, commercial paper and covered bonds, and providing ongoing advice on securities laws, corporate governance and stock exchange requirements. Treasa has advised corporate trust houses in their various roles such as note trustee, security trustee and paying agent on a range of issues and products, including securitisations and other forms of asset-backed transactions. She also has experience advising on Brexit-related matters and is Mayer Brown's representative for ICMA Future Leaders.
