Jason Sito is a partner in the Real Estate group in Mayer Brown’s Charlotte office. Jason represents institutional investors in acquisitions, dispositions and ground leases and institutional lenders in a variety of financing transactions involving various interests in commercial real estate, including office buildings, hotel, resort and casino properties, retail centers, industrial properties and single and multifamily developments. His financing representation has included construction, permanent and bridge financings, syndicated and participated credit facilities, senior and mezzanine financings, private placement financings, structured finance and CMBS transactions and multi-property and multi-state financings. Additionally, Jason represents underwriters, loan sellers and issuers in CMBS securitizations and CRE CLOs. Jason also represents institutional lenders and servicers in a variety of loan modifications, workouts, restructurings and remedies. Jason also has experience in private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
