Cameron Sabin

Cameron represents energy companies, utilities, technology companies, and project developers in various energy projects and disputes. His experience includes representing clients in a wide range of energy projects, including electric generation facilities, data center developments, renewable energy projects, liquified natural gas storage facilities, transmission projects, and pipeline and electric distribution projects. He also has substantial experience representing clients in administrative, regulatory, and litigation proceedings before both federal and state courts, commissions, and agencies. He represents clients in natural resource matters and a host of other business litigation disputes.

• Represented PacifiCorp in proceedings before the Utah and Wyoming Public Service Commissions to obtain approval of renewable energy and transmission expansion projects.
• Represented McKenzie Electric Cooperative before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in a disputed rate proceeding against Basin Electric Power Cooperative.
• Assisted Microsoft Corporation in a Wyoming Public Service Commission proceeding to obtain approval of a large power contract service tariff to provide power to a data center campus.
• Represented Dominion Energy Utah before the Utah Public Service Commission to obtain approval for a Liquefied Natural Gas storage facility.
