小山立家是孖士打华盛顿办事处知识产权业务组的律师。
小山律师拥有机械工程科学硕士学位。他专门处理专利诉讼事宜，主要涉及智能手机、电视、个人电脑等消费产品。

Managed the day-to-day technical aspects of two of the four asserted patents related to smart televisions, including drafting claim construction briefing and leading the oral argument at the Markman hearing, securing favorable claim constructions on all terms; oversaw and managed technical experts on both infringement and validity cases to prepare for trial.
