概述

Lynette Edwin is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance practice of the London office. She joined Mayer Brown in 2015 as a trainee. During her training contract, she spent six months on secondment to Wells Fargo Bank.

Lynette focuses her practice on representing financial institutions, investment funds and corporate borrowers in a variety of secured and unsecured finance transactions, including subscription-backed credit facilities, bi-lateral loans, bridge loans, acquisition financing arrangements and asset-based financings.
