Mayer Brown announced that partner Martha McGarry has been named to The Deal’s 2022 list of “Top Women in Dealmaking.” This list identifies women who have displayed excellence in their respective legal fields including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and activist investing.

Ms. McGarry, a Corporate & Securities partner in Mayer Brown's New York office, serves as the co-leader of the firm’s Global M&A practice. She is an internationally recognized corporate and securities lawyer with extensive experience in both US and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism and corporate governance matters.
