Mayer Brown advises Perella Weinberg on acquisition of Gleacher Shacklock

London – Mayer Brown has advised Perella Weinberg (NASDAQ:PWP), a leading global independent advisory firm, on its agreement to acquire Gleacher Shacklock, a premier independent, London-headquartered advisory firm with a focus on, and long-standing presence in, the UK market.

The acquisition will significantly expand Perella Weinberg’s presence in the UK at a time when cross-border transaction volume between the UK, Europe, and North America continues to accelerate.
