London – Mayer Brown has advised specialist retail and consumer investment boutique, Modella Capital, on the acquisition of Flying Tiger Copenhagen, the renowned Danish design-led retailer of creative and affordable Scandinavian-style homeware and lifestyle products, operating more than 900 stores across over 40 countries.
