Sam Orme is a Managing Director for BofA Securities with a focus on high growth companies in the region. In this role, he is focused on helping clients succeed through IPO, M&A or targeted capital raising solutions (including both debt and equity). He has been involved in transactions with a broad range of privately held companies as well as public companies, including Cargill, Mitsui, PayPal, E*Trade, Exxon, Purple, Overstock.com, SunGard, and SS&C.
