People are asking themselves daily, “When will we recover from the COVID-19 crisis, so that things can return to normal?” While there is no straight answer to that question yet, we do know that President Donald Trump wants to reopen the nation’s economy by May 1, 2020, and many stay-at-home orders are set to expire soon.
But even if we return to our regular lives, there will inevitably be aspects that have changed as a result of COVID-19. Therefore, we thought it would be timely to discuss:
- Where you may see changes brought about by the COVID-19 crisis in various areas of practice; and
- Practical tips on how you can effectively work under this “new normal.”
The practice areas we will focus on are Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Real Estate Finance, Capital Markets, Intellectual Property, and Litigation.
