People are asking themselves daily, “When will we recover from the COVID-19 crisis, so that things can return to normal?” While there is no straight answer to that question yet, we do know that President Donald Trump wants to reopen the nation’s economy by May 1, 2020, and many stay-at-home orders are set to expire soon.

The practice areas we will focus on are Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Real Estate Finance, Capital Markets, Intellectual Property, and Litigation.
