Advised:

• Intellibed in its all-stock merger with Nasdaq-listed Purple Innovation, Inc. Both companies are manufacturers of gel-based mattresses, among other things.
• SpringTide Capital Management, a venture capital firm investing in health technology companies, as lead investor in connection with:
  • a Series A-1 Preferred Stock investment in OpenLoop Health, Inc., a telemedicine company;
  • a Series A Preferred Stock investment in RxLive, Inc., a telehealth platform that provides counselling and concierge pharmacy services;
  • a Series A Preferred Stock investment in Paloma Health, an online platform that provides services for hypothyroidism;
