Overview

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Patrick Teboul is a partner in the Banking & Finance and Real Estate practices of the Paris office.

Patrick acts both for leading funds and banks in connection with all type of financings (unitranche, all senior facilities, senior/mezzanine and super-senior facilities in the context of high yield bonds). His practice is more specifically focused on leverage financing and distressed debt financing ( including recognised practice in real estate restructuring). He also advises credit establishments in connection with structured and real estate financing transactions.
