Marine Thibaut helps clients on a broad range of corporate matters related to mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buy-out transactions in several industrial and financial sectors.
She advises French and foreign industrial groups, as well as private equity funds, on their sales and acquisitions and on general issues related to business law.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Marine worked for another international firm.
In addition to French, Marine is fluent in English.

- Advising Scaff’Holding Group, a major actor in the scaffolding and shoring sector, in connection with its new Owner Buy-Out and the refinancing of its existing debt.
