Overview

Admitted to the Bar, Thierry Rambaud is a Counsel in the Banking & Finance practice of the Paris office. 

Holding a Doctorate in Law and being Associate Professor (Agrégé des Facultés de droit) in Public Law, Thierry is Professor at the University of Paris Cité (formerly Université Paris Descartes) where he teaches French public law and European law. Consultant and then having been admitted to the bar for many years,  he focusses on public law matters, on a domestic and global reach. He regularly advises in Africa and in the Middle East. Bringing a vast experience on public affairs, he was Director of Education, Recruitment and Student Evaluation at the French National School of Administration (ENA) (2008-2011) as well as "Higher Education-Humanities and Social Sciences" Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Research (2011-2012) and Legal Advisor to the Minister of National Education (2007-2008). He advises on construction, regulatory and governance matters. He is also an expert to the European Council. 

In addition to his native French, Thierry is fluent in English.
