Alexandra (Ali) Perry is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Capital Markets practice. She focuses her practice on securities and corporate finance transactions, as well as general corporate counseling. 

Ali advises issuers, underwriters, placement agents and investors in connection with public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, investment grade debt offerings, covered bond offerings, tender and exchange offers, at-the-market and medium term note programs and other capital market transactions. Additionally, Ali assists public companies with ongoing securities law compliance requirements, SEC reporting and general corporate governance matters.

Ali earned her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she was the managing editor of the Journal of Business Law and a member of the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic. She also received a Certificate of Management from The Wharton School of Business. She received her BBA in Accounting and Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and is a certified public accountant.
