Elodie Pascual

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Elodie is associate in the Employment & Benefits practice of the Mayer Brown Paris office.

Elodie advises executives, management team and group companies, on transactional aspects related to leveraged buy-out (LBOs) and in the implementation of equity packages and employee shareholding plans.

She also advises companies on governance matters and, more broadly, with all issues falling within the scope of corporate law.

Elodie practices in both French and English.

• Advised the Neftys Pharma Group and its management on the group’s capital restructuring, which includes an investment by For Talents alongside GENEO Capital Entrepreneur and UI Investissement.
• Advised the Demathieu Bard Group and its management team on a new phase of ownership transition with the launch of its fifth financing round, marked by an increase in management ownership.
