Fábio Peixinho is a partner in the Litigation/Arbitration and Restructuring/Bankruptcy areas of Tauil & Chequer Advogados, in São Paulo.

Focused on conflict resolution, Fábio has a solid academic background and a successful career as a lawyer, with over 20 years of experience in notorious disputes in Brazil and abroad. His performance stands out both in national and international arbitrations, as well as in litigation before federal and state courts. Fábio's skills also include the use of consensual dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and dispute boards. As a result of his distinguished skills in conflict resolution, Fábio's practice has excelled in disputes in the energy, construction, mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas, transportation, real estate, banking and education sectors.

In addition, Fábio also has extensive experience dealing with complex disputes in the area of restructuring, bankruptcy and bank litigation, among others.
