Overview
Sida Özler is a Turkish qualified associate who practices in cross-border finance transactions with a particular focus on project finance. She has been advising lenders, export credit agencies and corporates in the EMEA region. Her sector experience involves mining, critical minerals, oil & gas, renewable energy and infrastructure.
Before joining Mayer Brown, Sida worked in the banking and finance group of another prominent international law firm in Istanbul, where she was recognised by Legal 500 as a key lawyer in project finance.
