Wolfgang Löffler is an associate in the Corporate practice in Mayer Brown’s Düsseldorf office. Wolfgang advises on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions and corporate governance matters, including general questions on corporate law and financing.
Wolfgang studied law at the University of Bayreuth with an early focus on corporate and tax law. In addition, he completed an additional degree in economics for lawyers with a focus on international management (Wirtschaftsjurist Univ. Bayreuth).
During his legal clerkship, Wolfgang worked for the Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi in the field of commercial mediation and for an automobile manufacturer in Munich in the areas of corporate law and credit law.
