Kyllian Lancereau-Lignez helps clients on mergers and acquisitions in the context of leveraged buy-out transactions in several industrial and financial sectors. 

He advises French and foreign private equity funds as well as industrial groups, on their sales and acquisitions, and on general issues related to business law.

In addition to French, Kyllian is fluent in English.

• Advised the founder and management team of Destia, the French leader in home care services for the elderly and people with disabilities, in connection with a new LBO involving the investment of new investors – Bpifrance, Three Hills, Turenne Santé and VYV  – and the reinvestment of existing investors led by Siparex ETI.
