Overview
Ross Kelley is a partner in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office and a member of the Real Estate Markets practice.
He represents institutional lenders and other financial institutions in connection with the origination and servicing of conduit and portfolio loans secured by various financial structures. His practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including senior and mezzanine loan originations, loan acquisitions and sales, secondary market transactions, and bridge and construction financing. He also represents servicers in loan workouts, restructurings and modifications.
Ross received his JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, he served on the editorial staff of the South Carolina Journal of International Law & Business. He earned his BS from Clemson University in 2009.
